This past weekend was good and mellow. Friday Keith didn't work and I only work half days so we bummed around town running errands. We've been looking at getting a puppy or two the last few weeks and went looking on Friday. We just went to a local pet store but wanted to get one from a shelter. Puppies are just so adorable and so easy to fall in love with. Since Friday we've decided we shouldn't get a puppy. It'll probably not get the attention it needs. Getting myself up in the morning is hard enough I wouldn't want to have to worry about walking a dog twice a day or figuring out what to do with it while we're at work. It would probably spend a lot of time alone. But isn't Suzzy cute!

how about a cat? cats are easy. or a bigger dog that's already house trained? that way it's easier and you don't get your stuff as trashed.
Keith hates cats. He thinks the might as well be dead.
And I think that Keith is a genius!
if you get a puppy then Riley could have play dates! But then Riley gets nervous when quail get in the backyard...
We could also trade dogsitting when ever one of us goes out of town.
She's a cutie! What do you think start with a dog and work up to kids. That way if you screw up the dog its just the dog instead of a kid? You think too much about these things! Just do it!
