so today i was doing walking lunges while pushing the stroller around the track and this older gentleman comes up to me and says, "it's good to see you practicing for when you bow down to your husband." i was polite and just smiled and chuckled and he went on his way, but i was really thinking, "excuse me, i don't bow down to anybody, it's not like i'm my husbands servant!"

Oh my gosh!!! I would of given a mean look.
First, I like that you called him an "older Gentleman" however, after what he said I'd leave out the gentleman part. Sometimes people should just keep their jokes to themselves and consider their audience.
You should've tripped him and let him break a hip on the next lap!
