so we cheated and keith already received his fathers day gift. i received a heart rate monitor for my birthday in april and use it everyday when i work out. keith has been wanting one since i got one and so that's what he got for fathers day. we broke it in when we worked out on saturday. its the same exact one as mine so we just have to be careful and not start our monitors right next to each other at the exact same time because our watches can pick up the signal from the other persons heart transmitter. happy father's day keith, you're an awesome father and husband and kate and i love you to death!
