Random family memory time. Most days when Keith is off work or on the weekends when he's home he likes to cook himself some egg whites for breakfast. The girls love to be a part of his breakfast making (and eating too usually) so I decided to snap a picture for the imaginary scrapbook. Kate always asks for a chair so she can help and see what daddy's doing in the kitchen. Megan is a pro at the word "up". She literally says it probably twenty times a day, no lie. She also always wants to be a part of the action.
