Hogle Zoo

Kate and I decided to take a last minute trip to the zoo today. I had some unusual energy and didn't want to just sit at home or go for another walk around the neighborhood so I packed us some snacks and we headed to the zoo for an hour. Kate LOVES animals. Her favorites today were the monkeys and the giraffes. I let her out of the stroller so she could walk around at those two exhibits and she was jumping around and lovin' it! We also took a turn on the carousel and Miss Kate cried a little when it was over. Luckily we have our membership and I'm sure it won't be the last time she gets to ride on a carousel.
